Educational Background
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Physics, or a quantitative field. We welcome all experience levels, including graduates.
Core Technical Skills
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript is essential, along with a solid understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and related technologies.
Generative AI & Innovation (Plus)
Hands-on experience or interest in LLMs, RAG, and evaluation techniques. We value curiosity about agentic AI patterns (tool use, planning, orchestration) and their application in financial markets.
Engineering & Systems (Plus)
A background in software engineering and experience with distributed computing are highly regarded, as they help in building robust, production-grade AI solutions.
