JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the AML framework
  • Assist in handling AML-related cases and processes within the Second Line of Defense
  • Review and assess AML alerts and cases
  • Contribute to quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
  • Support the design, documentation and enhancement of AML controls
  • Participate in control testing and effectiveness assessments
  • Contribute to AML-related regulatory (transformation-)projects, particularly in connection with AMLR implementation
  • Support AML assessments related to new products, distribution models, business initiatives and process changes
  • Contribute to the implementation of AML requirements within product development and change initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, working instructions and training materials
  • Develop, update and deliver AML training and awareness initiatives
  • Support targeted training activities for business units and distribution organisations
  • Support AML reporting and management information activities
  • Prepare information for local and group-wide stakeholders as well as regulatory and project-related reporting obligations
  • Support responses to regulatory requests and information requirements
  • Cooperate closely with colleagues in Austria and across the Group

Requirements

  • University degree in Law, Business Law, Economics, Compliance, Risk Management or a comparable discipline
  • Initial to several years of experience in AML, Compliance, Risk, Audit or Financial Crime Prevention
  • Interest in regulatory topics and their practical implementation
  • Experience with operational AML processes is considered an advantage
  • Understanding of controls, processes and internal control systems (ICS)
  • Very good command of English and German language
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

An advantage would be:

  • experience with AML systems or similar solutions supporting AML case handling and operational processes (e.g. NetReveal, SMARAGD TCM)
  • experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI or comparable solutions)
  • experience with workflow and documentation solutions in a regulatory environment
  • experience with authoring tools used to create digital learning content (e.g. Easygenerator for e-learning courses, training videos and awareness initiatives)
