JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Define, maintain, and continuously improve the product assembly and end-of-line (EOL) testing processes.
  • Lead the upgrade and continuous improvement of the assembly line and EOL test stands, focusing on components, Poke Yoke, takt time, safety, test plans, etc.
  • Prepare and manage data in MES, SAP, and other internal systems.
  • Maintain shop floor layout and process organization to optimize efficiency and eliminate waste.
  • Support development engineers in implementing advanced engineering techniques, such as Design for Assembly etc.
  • Establish and maintain assembly and EOL testing procedures; introduce new products to the system (e.g., SOPs).
  • Develop Virtual operator guidance platform programs.
  • Create and maintain process documentation (e.g., process flows, PFMEA, control plans) for both ongoing and new projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation for the assembly line and EOL test stand.
  • Provide operator training.
  • Monitor and improve process capability.
  • Serve as a resource for root cause analysis, investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning and implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience in industrial automation.
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with assembly process principles and assembly line balancing.
  • Proficiency in SAP and PLM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to apply creative problem-solving approaches, maximising the effective use of available resources.
  • Familiarity with PLC is a plus.
  • Very good communication skills in Slovak & English.
  • Bachelor`s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, Automation & Hydraulic related background.
