JOB DESCRIPTION

What you do 

  • Perform the BCM lifecycle activities for the entity, including business impact analysis (BIA), risk identification and assessment (RIA), response strategies, response planning, exercise and testing.
  • Regularly participate in reviews being undertaken by Protection & Resilience Office.
  • Monitor and advise about applicable laws and regulations and ensure that the entity ratifies the Protection and Resilience Policy.
  • Monitor incidents with crisis potential and report these to the Crisis Unit Back Office.
  • Report resilience results to Protection & Resilience Office and create awareness of Protection & Resilience and associated responsibilities within the entity.
  • Act as resilience point of contact and coordinate resilience related requests; verify IT Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities, identify possible IT DR gaps and ensure DR data consistency.
  • Steer the implementation of IT DR capability enhancements for local/customer specific service and ensure that enhancements are aligned with applicable P&R standards.
  • Support IT Service Managers/Owners in the creation of an IT DR Plan and in IT DR test preparation, execution and report distribution.

 

You will also support

  • Enforce information security controls to ensure compliance with Information Security Frameworks.
  • Conduct risk assessments for internal processes and supplier management.
  • Local security projects and contribute to customer audits.
  • Annual compliance reporting process, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Advise employees on information security matters.
  • Manage and escalate information security issues to the central team.

Requirements

  • English fluent and preferably also one of the Central Europe languages.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within Protection & Resilience domains with knowledge Information Security Governance.
  • Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and process design/improvement.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulatory environments (ISO Standards, ITIL, COBIT).
  • Analytical thinking, consulting, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
  • Ability to communicate the need for controls and regulations effectively.
