Use new concepts in the field and put then into practice
Deal with expert vendor level issues like performance or security and collaborate with developers on product improvement
Share your experience and ideas to improve and simplify the usage of midPoint
Provide consultations and hands-on help with project realizations from analysis, through delivery, up to go-live
Groovy scripting, configuration (such as role management and identity management and identity governnace processes), system integration
Occasionally present your work by writing technical blogs and preparing presentations
Work in a tight team of open-minded professionals
Be the person responsible for your time management and workflow to meet agreed deadlines
Be responsible for larger tasks or projects, estimate time, coordinate people and oversight project progress

Requirements

Proven experience with system configuration, including standards, protocols, and security best practices.
Familiarity with identity management and identity governance concepts and tools.
Practical programming or scripting experience (e.g., Java, Groovy, Python, Shell).
Ability to focus on complex tasks for extended periods and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
Knowledge of system architecture best practices and common integration patterns.
Strong communication skills — able to explain complex ideas clearly in person, in writing, and in technical documentation.
Self‑driven mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with industry developments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven track record of relevant experience.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Comfortable working independently, within a team, and directly with customers.
Problem‑solving ability for a wide range of technical challenges, with a capacity to learn new standards and domains on the fly.
