Co-Creation of Data Products: Partner with Product Teams to design, build, and maintain data-enabled services, from initial conceptual design to full-scale solution architecture.
Requirements Engineering: Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into clear architectural artifacts and high-quality design solutions.
Prototyping & Advanced Use Cases: Implement sophisticated data use cases and develop rapid prototypes to test and validate new software and data engineering trends.
Quality & Automation: Build and maintain automated test cases and regression suites to ensure the long-term reliability and performance of our Data Products platform.
Deployment & Documentation: Oversee the end-to-end rollout of solutions, including comprehensive documentation and detailed risk/impact analysis for every implementation.
Agile Leadership & Growth: Drive agile collaboration within your squad and mentor fellow team members to foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Your Profile: Essentials
Data Expertise: Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Technical Stack: Proficient in Python and experienced with data frameworks such as Pandas and PySpark.
Data Platforms: Practical experience with Palantir Foundry, Databricks, or similar enterprise data environments.
Communication: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Mindset: A team player with an entrepreneurial „can-do“ attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Nice to Haves
Agile & Delivery: Solid applied knowledge of Agile methods, frameworks, and related tools.
Architecture: Understanding of modern software architecture and full tech stacks.
Operations: Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and MSBI.
